Start with the appointment type
An initial assessment, follow-up and specialist appointment may be different services. Check the described purpose and the actual practitioner, not just the label or a promotional headline.
Read duration and inclusions together
Look for the scheduled duration and what the clinic says is included. Ask whether any optional service would cost extra. A longer appointment or a lower price is not, by itself, evidence of better clinical care.
Clarify payment and paperwork
Ask which payment methods are accepted and how you can request an invoice. Check reimbursement directly with your insurer. The clinic should not promise coverage without a verified basis.
Understand changes and follow-up
These guides help you prepare questions for your visit and understand the appointment process. They provide general information and do not replace an individual clinical assessment.
